Why is Captain Kirk holding what looks like a prop from A Clockwork Orange? Did he just kill a Cave Troll and this is his grotesque "trophy"? Actually, I think it was to be used as a club... I would not want to be on the receiving end of that particular weapon!
That thing could do some real damage especially in a certain place.
ReplyDeleteThat's Ted "Lurch" Cassiduy in the background. I'm thinkin'...lifecast?
ReplyDeleteThis still is from the episode "What Are Little Girls Made Of?" (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0708486/) and was about making android versions of humans so they could live forever.
ReplyDeleteI *just* watched this episode yesterday and had the exact same thought about the stalactite Captain Kirk has there.
Keith- I assume you're referring to the knee cap?
ReplyDeleteBuzz- I thought I recognized Ted "Tony the Tiger" Cassidy!
MadMup- That's some bad karma to happen upon Kirk brandishing a giant stalagtite penis two days in a row! You probably need bed rest.
Definitely a strange phenomenon, for sure :)
ReplyDeleteTo mix D&D and ST, I hope he's not planning to backstab with that thing.
ReplyDeleteThat episode may be here at Fancast. Can't verify, as the site is blocked from my work network (oh, like Kirk appears to be planning, I'll find a backdoor!)
I just watched that epi recently and had the same thoughts.
